During this isolation, I am tuning into the sound of silence. I am praying, meditating, writing, exercising and discovering the new me. It feels so good to breathe and let go of the hectic and busy world. Many times I have wished to stop the world and let me off, but God stopped it for me.
I have more time to communicate personally with family and friends, which is bringing us closer together. This is one of the best experiences as well lesson. We need each other now more than ever. I am reaching out to the world and spreading love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
My mind is sharper as I explore my senses (sight, sound, smell, taste and touch). Furthermore, “I go to nature to be soothed and healed and to have my senses put in order,” John Burroughs. This is a perfect time for us to stop, look and listen to what God is saying.
